What a long day. It was such a long day that I forgot that I actually got up at 5 this morning and ran. I was tired so the 6 miles I was aiming for did not come to fruition. 3.5 was all I could muster. Yeah, I suck.
I was reading Andrew's blog, Andrew is getting fit, and he blogged about the hundred push up challenge. It requires you to do push ups 3 days a week and will get you pumping out 100 consecutive push ups in 6 weeks. Sounds fun. Who is up for the challenge?
