Even though I wanted to run 11 this weekend and did not do it, I still feel good about my long run yesterday. I made it to 9, and the last mile was killer. The end was really kicking and I could not find it in myself to make it around th loop one more time. My leg had started hurting and I ran out of water. I took this as a sign to call it a day. Listen to your body is what everyone keeps telling me, so I did. It is still a new distance personal record so I can't be too upset for stopping early.
For tomorrow, I am planning a 5 mile speed interval workout.
